1. Scheduling and Appointments
- Arrival: We request that you arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to complete necessary intake forms and enjoy a relaxed start to your session.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. You will still be responsible for the full service fee.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not have deposit back.
- "No-shows" will also not have their deposit back.
2. Health and Safety
- Client Intake: All new clients must complete a health history form and signed Informed Consent prior to their first session. It is the client’s responsibility to update the therapist on any changes in health or medications.
- Sanitation: In compliance with TDLR standards, all linens are laundered in hot water and bleach after every use. All surfaces and equipment are disinfected with hospital-grade bactericidal agents between sessions.
- Contraindications: We reserve the right to refuse service if a client has a condition that makes massage unsafe (e.g., fever, contagious skin rash, or recent surgery without medical clearance).
- Pregnancy: Please notify us if you are pregnant. We offer specialized prenatal massage but generally do not provide services during the first trimester without a doctor's note.
3. Professional Conduct and Boundaries
- Zero Tolerance: Our establishment provides therapeutic and relaxation massage only. Any illicit remarks, sexual advances, or inappropriate gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be charged the full fee and banned from the premises.
